Shame on you Takealot!

I bought an inflatable pool and it had a small tear in it. I sent the pool for return and now Takealot has refused my return. How terrible as the tear is a clean cut and it is on the top side of the pool. I spent a whopping R1799 on the pool and this is the result of the poor quality which I have to pay for. Shame on you Takealot! Do you think people have money just to throw at you? Awful service and you have lost a customer for good!
