Shame on you takealot

Received second hand trolley jacket from them and the after service does not exits. All they do send you prescripted email since i logged the return im outraged by this disgusting service i got n to make it worst they is they give you a credit for takealot so they keeping my money hostage....... I asked to be contacted but they dont know of customer service
