Shame on you - dont value your commitments

<p>I ordered things IN STOCK for my mom for Xmas on the morning of 20 Dec and checked both links "will I get it before Christmas" as well as the "when do I get it. According to this I placed my order as I have so many times before trusting that you will honor what you publish (I have screensgots of those tabs if you need them). I tied to find a contact number yesterday and posted a comment on your facebook apge but obviously you dont do social media or customers for that matter. Today I phone the call centre as I see the date is now 29 Dec?????? I am told that I should hav read the will do I get it link which I did...... It states 1-2 working days for delivery..... On my order it says shipped yet I am told it is still at the warehouse and still needs to be collected. I then adk for a manager to call me and to sort this poor poor nonsense out by the morning and I am told it cant be guaranteed?????????? DO YOU HAVE NO VALUES TO COMMIT TO WHAT YOU STATE OR DO YOU JUST SRLL AND MAKE THE MONEY AND TOUGH LUCK WHE IT CAN NOT REACH SOMEONE???? Same on you takealot.com, shame on you</p>
