Shambolic Returns Experience

I placed an order with Takealot which was delivered with missing parts, this is where the problem started. I logged a return and they said they'd send someone to collect it, sure enough they did, on a s****** and the package was way too big for a s******. So, they send someone a second time, ON A S****** AGAIN. Next I call to ask what's going on and they say they'll use a courier. Eventually someone comes in an adequate vehicle, however, they continue sending people to my place a good 2/3 times to collect the order afterwards despite it being collected. And now, they can't locate the package. What a shambles.
