Sham on you, false adverti*****t, i need my money back.

I placed and order on the 06 Dec 2018 of two wireless controllers worth 1798 and a FIFA 2019 game worth R999 (total order price : R2797), the order was paid via credit card and the delivery date was scheduled for the 19th Dec 2018. A day later when I track the status of the order on the app I noticed that the FIFA 2019 game was cancelled, when I checked the item online it was available but the price has gone up to R1220. I then called takealot on the 08th Dec to find out why the item has been cancelled, I was told that the item was out of stock from the supplier, however I asked the agent to search the item and she acknowledged that indeed the item is online with a different price and promised to escalate the matter to the team lead and will get back to me with no luck, I am still waiting for her call. On the 07th Dec, I then called takealot again, this time I spoke to a guy who was very understanding and advised that the matter has been escalated already, however he will add another ticket on top to speed up the process. I asked him abt the SLA and he indicated that he will call me back the same day. I then told him that should the item not put back onto my order, the whole order should be cancelled and refund my money back into my credit card. Immediately when I put the phone down with takealot I get an sms indicating that the order will be delivered on the 09th Dec without the FIFA 2019 game. The delivery guy came to deliver the item and I refused to accept it and told him that my order is not complete, ever since then takealot delivery is harassing me of not wanting to accept the order and I keep telling them I need the full order refund my money back.

I am very disappointed with takealot as I am a loyal customer and all they care about is volumes and profit, inconvenience and pathetic service, I mean even now nobody has bothered to call me and give me progress update about the order because they have my money and I am left in the dark. Please do not attempt to deliver incomplete order to me, it is either the full order or my money back with interests. Sham on you, false adverti*****t. with broken heart, Adelaide Sepudumo
