Very poor and frustrating service received from takealot. I bought a Huawei p30 lite and I have been returning the device as it only reads 1sim card. I bought the phone because of their false advertising on their website that states the device takes 2 sim cards when actually the second SIM card slot has been blocked by their service provider.

After returning the device twice I went to Vodacom shop and I was told that the second slot has been blocked. I have logged a request for a refund and no one comes to collect the device. I received a confirmation that the items will be picked up but no one comes to collect them. Escalation is what the employees knows best but the escalations cannot be executed so I don't see the reason for the escalation.

Please come take your things and give me what is due for me. I NEED TO BUY A NEW HUAWEI P30 LITE THAT READS 2 SIM CARDS. please update your website as well as this is false advertising and an inconvenience.
