shakealot

two weeks ago bought 2 sets of ram chips to value of R600 from takealot.com . this was not compatible so i returned it .

they claimed it was incomplete , but i have proof that it was returned a complete set. i have been to local brackenfell branch four times since but no one wants to help me - just false promises.

I have now receives emails from them stating that they are looking into matter and the following email states that i have to return the items - lol .

this is a sham and i will be proceeding with ***** charges.
