Shady Takealot

I purchased an electric blanket on special from Takealot for R699. 3 weeks later the blanket turned out to be faulty and so I specifically asked for replacement and not a refund. I then receive a notification saying that the product is unavailable and a refund has been processed. I logon to the platform the next day and the product is available but for R1399 which is double the price I paid. Takealot were unwilling to match the sale price I paid. They are a bunch of ******!
