Shady advertising

Most pathetic service ever. I order an item for same day collection, paid for day collection and now I'm being told it's for next day collection. They do not respond after promising that I will receive the item. Also, they do not refund the collection fee when ordering to cancel the order. This will be my last purchase from them!
