SEVERELY DAMAGED PRODUCT WHEN RETURNED TO US

So as per previous review, when being returned to us takealot lost our rowing machine for 8 weeks. We were told as it was damaged by the courier company we would receive a new one. Well the old rowing machine was delivered and it has even more damage than before. No new replacement as Promised. Totally disgusted with takealot. I have tried to contact them with photographic proof but no response.
