**** Services from Takealot

First I need the camera this weekend for an event, so I checked and they were able to send to a pick up by Saturday, so that is what I choose. and then Friday they informed me that it can be picked up except since Friday the branch is closed but no one said a thing about that, so I drove 20km to go and pick up the camera only to find it is closed and on the door it has a note saying it is closed "for the day" so I went back next day, still same note.

After calling and calling, then people at takealot finally told me it will be closed till Monday. Which I have to work, and frankly i have no interest in going to there the third time to try. So the event was cancelled because my camera did not arrive, and I was blamed for this.

But apparently they can not "amend to change to delivery" even when they were the people that is responsible for the **** up. For the company that ****ed up and causing me to be blamed, they seems all not caring for their own fault and have the decency to just deliver that parcel
