I purchased pots from the company which I returned the very next day, however I was later informed that my return is rejected due to the seal being broken. I provided pictures of the box and the consultant that assisted me acknowledged that everything seemed intact and would get back to me in regard to my return, to date I am still awaiting the supposed response of the review. It's been over two weeks, and they still haven't gotten back to me nor shown me where the seal is supposedly broken.
