Service with a smile

Thank you Takealot for helping us. My husband purchased a power bank a few months ago and it stopped working so we asked Takealot if they can repair or replace it. It was out of there warranty but not the manufacturer's warranty so the came to collect it but I forgot to take it with me to work with me the Monday then they came back the next day with no fuss. On Monday the next week that's 7days later I got a brand new power bank. We are amazed with Takealot and tell everyone this story cause we are amazed and so happy...
