Service was good but only 1 mistake
I was very happy with Takealot service as I placed my order on Friday and on Saturday it was dispatched and all,but the mistake that will cost Takealot was to contract FedEx as their courier services. I've never had to deal with such *********** courier company.got an SMS on Monday that my parcel is out and will be delivered on that Monday,but I haven't got it and tomorrow I'll be on study leave.I just wish to cancel my order now.
