**** service Takealot

The last two occasions i have used takealot, they have delivered either a faulty product or the wrong product...on both occasions I requested a replacement product. For the one product they sent back to me on two occasions the exact same item i had returned... The other product which was incorrect was sent back incorrect again. How do they think they can measure up to Amazon when they get the basics so wrong, repeatedly.
