Service sucks!

I have placed an order and this is the second time i have to return this because the product is incomplete. Its really frustrating because I never had this issue in the years I have shopped with TakeAlot. Another issue is not refunding my surcharge amount for something that was cancelled but never got refunded. I also did not hear back from anyone regarding this matter!!!!!!
