Service Sucks BIG TIME !!!

What a nightmare in getting the correct product ordered . Received incorrect product twice with no assistance from their customer service team to rectify the matter. Asked to speak to a supervisor on each occasion i called in and was refused to be escalated . All I can say is ... thank God Amazon has launched in SA !
