Service stinks!!!!

Your service of late stinks. Don't give dates to select for delivery and then YOU don't adhere to it!!!!!. I paid for the order to have it by that date, otherwise I could have gone elsewhere. Wake-up and improve on customer service. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
