Service slipping

When Takealot started it was only a pleasure dealing with them. Articles where delivered timeously and everything went smoothly, just pray nothing goes wrong with your product and you need help returning it. I am at a loss as what to do. The review I wrote on the third has gotten zero response from any party and I am so disappointed in Takealot.
