**** service on returns

I bought light bulbs which were meant to be crew in, but they are clip in. I opened 1 box, saw it was wrong and didn't open the rest, just returned all 3. I returned it to cpt warehouse on 25 August. The guy who received it looked at the box I opened tried to close it, but couldn't neither could I. Box wasn't torn or damaged, it was just not folded closed. He didn't comment on it at all just took the globes. Today is the 4th of September, still nobody has contacted me! I decided to phone to follow up just to hear that it has been rejected due to packaging being damaged. Firstly it wasn't damaged, secondly when were you going to tell me this. **** service to say the least. Shove your light bulbs and give me my refund!
