service on return/exchange.....USELESS

<p>I received my order from take alo on the same day i asked for an exchange for 2 products (this was a friday) monday they collected both items its a week later i had to phone numerous times to find out if they received my parcel. than they say yes its at warehouse but they need to update the system its a week later they updated one item not the other. i asked them to please rush as my order is baby bottles and need them urgently by next week, being pregnant there is enough to worry about as baby is due anytime now take alot gives me this unnessary stress as well!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
