Service = No service

Selected to collect my parcel at the collection point in East London. On the day of collection is was pouring with rain. Opening time is from 11:00 on a Saturday. There were about 20 customers waiting in the queue, even though under cover the rain was pelting down at a angle which resulted in customers getting wet. The business opened 15 minutes late and to top it, the box was crushed. Contacted Takealot but have not received a response except notification of my complaint. This is not the first time I have received damaged books from them.
