Service is poor and can't get back to customers in the nick of time

Poor service from them I filed a complaint with them for them to cancel my order and only for them to wait for the order to go through shipment to come tell me that there's nothing they can do about it. I will never order from them ever again I even canceled two of my orders I placed with them..
