service is pathetic & unacceptable

im interested in purchasing an item, upon doing some searching, i found that the item is being sold by dial a bed, i contacted dial a bed & to my surprise they item is cheaper if i make the purchase directly, i enquired with them why takealot has a different price, they referred me to them regarding the issue as they have no idea. i called takealot this morning & spoke to earnest, after explaining the issue, he requested pictures(screen shots) of the items, i have sent the email with the information & apparently he escalated a query with their market place. he emails me now stating they cannot assist with this pricing issue! without an explanation why is there a price discrepancy, when the item is being sold by the same company. this service is pathetic & unacceptable over charging for an item. i requested for a manager to call to explain!
