Service is pathetic and getting worse

<p>Sooo. I bought 2 kids gps watches on Takealot.com. ordered the evening of 30th of November 2016. Paid the devices on the 1st of December 2016. Reflected the 2nd of December 2016. Delivery datees the came throught as 22nd December 2016. As these were Xmas gifts I thought they were cutting it a bit close. 22nd December came and Went. 23rd December I called the courier company and asked about the package delivery and they said in a sarcastic voice that it would be with us before 5pm on the 23rd of December. It is now 18h48... no package and they dont deliver over the weekend. So. Xmas for two kids messed up due to snotty Useless Online purchasing!!! Just getting worse and worse!!!</p>
