Service is in decline

Takealot's service has declined in the past few years. I never used to have any issues; orders where on time, and items shipped where always correct.

It seems now that every time I order something, there is a problem. The wrong item is shipped, delivery is days late, or the order is cancelled by Takealot all together because the items which are "in stock" are not really in stock. I even have an order now which appears to have gotten lost or forgotten about at the depot which was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago.

Not impressed I will be switching to other online stores permanently.
