Service is getting bad.

Made several online purchases early Jan 2022. Deliveries was cancelled and rerouted a few times. Then credited, saying they were unable to deliver, not mentioning any other reason. This is becoming a huge frustration as some of the deliveries are more than 2 week outstanding, they keep on sending me emails to confirm my delivery address that is correct on my profile! When reordering the same items that were credited I found them a lot more expensive. Very disappointed.
