********** service, horrible follow ups, bad resolutions and still unsolved information.

I've had an absolutely horrible experience with Takealot, I ordered 9 items totalling roughly 1800 rand. They then delivered two of the correct items missing multiple items I needed for my birthday and including coffee. Instead of the missing items they gave me 6 books I did not order. I immediately tried to return the books which I managed to, but they delayed giving me any information on the items I ordered until I returned the books they wrongfully delivered. I specifically just wanted information and I specifically requested it be resolved that I receive the items. They proceeded to not give me any information and they decided to refund some of the items instead of discussing it with me. I'm now without most of the items still missing information on 4 of the items and only refunded 500 rand of the R1800. They haven't tried to resolve or ease the frustration they've caused and just made things worse. I will update or delete this if there is a happy resolve as I hate doing this kind of thing and have been a happy customer for 6 years but this service has been appalling, their customer service and response has been **********, they've refused to expedite anything and just completely went against what I specifically asked for them to resolve with.
