Service has gone down the toilet!

No one answers the phone in your call center and JHB delivery office is useless!!! You people are useless! This is the third order in a row I am having issues with. You know what makes your service so much worse… I ordered from SHEIN a day after I ordered from Takealot and its being delivered tomorrow and you haven't! That’s a joke and a half it comes from China and goes through customs! Your service has gone down the toilet!
