Service has gone down the drain.

I have used Takealot to buy many different items over the years, but it seems that during the last two years, they have gone down the drain. Where my packages used to get delivered to me within 24 hours of ordering, the wait time has increased to 3 days -1 week. Before 2023, I had no issues getting what I ordered from them, but since then, I have noticed some of the items that I order have been ******, either inside of their JHB warehouse, or their courier facility. So now, I end up waiting a week and a half to receive my stuff, with the added inconvenience of having to log a return and wait for them to collect the empty box they sent me, process the return, process the replacement, and redeliver my order. I'm either shopping in-store or on Amazon from now on.
