*********** Service - Guaranteed next day delivery is not guaranteed

Bought something from Takealot on 25 November and because I will only be available this week to receive the order on 26 November I opted for the 'guaranteed' next day delivery option.

This morning I receive a confirmation that my order will only be delivered on 27 November. So I called their call center and spoke to Ridhaa who advised he will sort the matter. Its now pass 5PM and still no feedback from Ridhaa or anyone from Takealot. I had to reschedule my delivery to a more convenient date on their app.

This is the *********** service you receive from Takealot when they try to compete with an international e-commerce company.
