Service got bad, customer care even worse

Our last three orders all had some issue, either something was broken, or we got the wrong items. If only the client care services could help us easily, I would be happy, but the return process and fixing our orders was such a pain. Takealot has really dropped the ball. But luckily for me, it's three strikes now, so they're out. Never using them again, so no more Takelot issues for me.
