Service gone backwards

Takealot has gone so backwards with their service. I ordered stuff for my phone and its coming from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth, both items were in stock, its now been two days and it hasnt even been shipped from the warhouse in Cape Town, where ere the days when it took 2days and goods were delivered, seems like id rather go to town again and pay the 50 or 100 more and at least have the goods the same day, i even paid for postage. They were so ontop of their gamebwhen they just started but now it is absolutely pathetic, like i said time to start supporting the local stores again.
