Service going downhill

I order thousands of rand's worth of items from takealot almost monthly. I rely on the delivery dates stipulated when I make the payments. My latest order has not been delivered even though the delivery date has passed. And this morning, I was in the progress of ordering items and then I saw that I cannot make a regular EFT any more. It has always been very convenient to order from Takealot.com but I think I will source my products from somewhere else from now on.
