Service Getting Worse

Ordered a Sim rig on takealot that I had to wait 5 - 7 days.

After almost 2 weeks received incomplete product from Takealot.

Had to pay extra charge due to the size and weight of the product.

Now I requested a refund from Takealot but loosing the extra charge ammount due to Takealot that did not send out a complete package.
