**** service from take-alot

I ordered an item on take-alot and paid for express delivery, as the item was urgent. I received a completely different item. the item was collected tyhe next morning, however take-alot advised that it could take up to 10 days for them to send me the correct replacement item They are able to deliver within 24 hours when you are paying , however for the returns and replacement it takes up to 10 days. I find this completely unacceptable.
