**** service from a takealot supplier selling TP-Link TL-MR6400 Archer MR6400 (300MBPS) 4G LTE Router Sim

After being a client of takealot for many many year and spending a lot of money with them, I have come to notice that the service is not like before. I bought a TP-Link TL-MR6400 Archer MR6400 (300MBPS) 4G LTE Router Sim which had a 24 month warranty. My product still falls within warranty and takealot says their suppler says my router is not faulty so they sending it back to me. Because we need the router on a daily basis and I wanted to believe my sim was rather faulty instead of my router I tested my telkom and vodacom sim in this router and it still lost signal, than I brought a friends router home and testes my sims in my friends router and the sims worked fine. I took photos of the loss of signal issue and sent the router back to takealot with the photos attached and they still claim its not faulty.
