Service failure

Order number ***2 So disappointed with the service from takealot. I placed s as n order paid with my ebucks and wanted to pay the balance with my card but system was not allowing I was then advised to do eft and I did. I was told no need to send proof as it picks up automatically (pull your calls to confirm) I then called again and was advised I needed proof I then emailed it now my order is cancelled??????!???
