Service Excellence

I was so impressed with the discount I got with my 3 piece order. I selected the"collect" option. My order was ready for collection the next day. Unfortunately I had to return one of the pieces because it was the wrong item. I got a refund in less than two days. I still have have my voucher and itching to make my next purchase. :D
