Service disappointment

I collected an order from the branch in Amanzimtoti today and regret purchasing from Takealot. Their slogan states "OUR SMILE GUARANTEE. WE'RE ONLY HAPPY WHEN YOU ARE" Well I cannot agree with that. In the pick-up depot I was not even greeted let alone saw a smile. When I spoke to the lady I'm yet to receive an answer and when I left I yet to hear good bye let alone thank you. I will never use their service again
