Service Delivery nightmare

I had a faulty appliance which I returned and they collected it on 7 January 2023, I was informed that it will be sent to the supplier to check. According to them there's nothing wrong which I don't agree with, however towards the end of January they said they will return the appliance to me. Today is 4 March and I still have not received the appliance back, I have been following up at least twice a week and since 4 February the response I get is that there is a problem with the courier and the warehouse and they are trying their best to get the appliance back to me. I am not sure how that is my problem, I have been without the appliance for 2 months now and for over a month they have not been able to sort out their issues with delivering it to me, but they also don't want to refund my order. The service they are providing is really **** and unacceptable.
