Service delivery and communication is Pathetic.

<p>I logged a return item awhile ago, before I logged the return item i wasn't sure if the item would be accepted, I called in to ask and was told that it would be accepted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was recently told via email that the item was rejected. </p> <p>The email had no other information needed,like when the item would be returned etc. </p> <p>I then responded to the email, and I was told they would get in touch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Not all my questions were answered and I have sent the same email more than once. </p> <p>Deliveries are never on time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really think that polices should be changed as it really does not stick to what has been said. </p> <p>Kalahari.com was better.!!!!!!</p>
