Service Degradation

Takealot's service is getting worse as time is passing. For the past few months I have noticed them missing promised delivery/collection dates. The latest episode is me waiting for two weeks for a replacement product (after they promised the replacement in 3-5 working days). Better to rather ask for a refund.
