Service complain

<p>Takealot.com advertised a "Royalty line 14 piece ceramic cookware set", and it was selling at R454,00, I then ordered it. 30 minutes after I have made a payment, they changed the price to R2999.</p> <p>I have tried to resolve this with them, they offered to give me a voucher of R150 because they claimed the pots were out of stock. What puzzles me is how the transaction went through if they were sold out.</p> <p>This is not the first time they're treating me like this and it has gotten to a point where I can't take their poor service anymore. This incident occured on the 3rd of October 2016 & I haven't gotten any assistance to date.</p> <p>Kindly assist with this matter</p>
