Service at Takelot has become very poor

Really not happy with Takealot. I ordered a duel sim phone on the 12th of August however I received a single sim phone. I returned it. It has been over a month now and over 10 emails and I havenot received the credit to my account. What in the world is going on???!

PS they do not respond to any reviews or complaints on Facebook, they do not respond to emails. How should you actually get any help and action from them.
