i bought in June 2020 an iphone 6s , however a month late we experienced charging problems with the Phone , in August the 7 I logged a call for returns with no response i had to take it myself to their Pickup offices in Booysens , the same damaged phone was returned back to as it is with no explanation , yet again i went their offices the lady who helped was very very and impatient with me she mentioned shes not takealot , they took the phone back after 2 weeks again they returned the same damaged phone with no explanation .

its really frustrating dealing with TAKEALOT , firstly can cant even follow up the calls are never answered , when you send them email you dont get responses , people that work at pickup points are clueless and unhelpful ..

i regret buying a phone from you guys i have been getting the runarounds for almost 3 months now.. **** service and ********..
