Poor service from superbalist and takealot I ordered from Superalist yesterday and I paid extra just to grt the parcel today. This morning I traced the parcel and saw that it is out for delivery. I received an email and SMS that the parcel was delivered but I never received a call or signed for the parcel. I asked the security and they said the guy came but left and he did not leave anything. I called Superbalist and I spoke to Connie Mphela who promised to get back to me but she didnt I called again and spoke to someone else. I called for the third time and spoke to ****en who also promised to get back to me. The parcel was delivered to someone else and I fail ro understand why the courier guy gave away my parcel. I want my stuff and my money back asap. I am going to sue you, you better give me my stuff today
