**** Service

I've been struggling to return items to takealot since end of january. Everytime they say "we have informed the courier and confirmed pick-up for tomorrow before 17h00."

Every day I wait until 17h15 and the NEVER show up for collection. Terrible terrible service.

They are quick to deliver when they can get money but they have to refund they take forever.

Don't think I would ever use their service again. So dissapointed.
