Extremely disappointed. A delivery promised did not take place because they gave it to incorrect courier facility. The driver ended in Bryanston saying the GPS sent there. It is either lies or he can't type properly. I explained to him where I lived, he said he was on his way. After half an hour I checked app, it said delivery will be rescheduled. No call nothing. The driver gave th e supervisor my number to call me, nothing happened. I got the supervisors number, it is diverted. What pathetic service. It would have helped if someone had the descency to call me.
