They do not give accurate descriptions of most of their items .I bought a dstv decoder to use for my extra view as current one just packed up.From what i could find on the description the one i bought would work as extra view .After receiving the decoder i opened it and then contacted dstv to help with setup to which i was informed the decoder will not work with my current setup. I then logged a return with takealot to which a return was declined because i opened the box. well of course i had to open the box to connect it and setup ,i cant call dstv and help with setup if decoder is still in box.
